Services & Rates
All services require a free Meet & Greet before commencing. At the Meet & Greet, you will meet your walker and establish a customized plan for your pet. All walks are GPS tracked and updates are provided immediately following drop off including pictures and a short note so you know what your pup has been up to.
Dog walking
30 minute walk: $25
Your dog receives a 30 minute visit including:
- 25 minute walk
- checking water and food
- administration of medication if needed
- lots of love and affection
1 hour walk: $38
Additional dog: +$12
Overnights in our home
$65/night
Your pup becomes an honorary member of the family during their stay.
This service includes:
- customized walk schedule based on your pup’s needs
- regular pee breaks in our fully fenced backyard
- food and water according to your specifications
- administration of medication if needed
- all the cuddles your pup can handle
This service available for regular walking clients only.
Pet sitting
Pet/House visits: $25
- 10 - 15 minute walk
- checking water and food
- administration of medication if needed
- lots of cuddles
We can also bring in the mail and adjust lighting and curtains upon request.
One visit per day is recommended for cats. Three visits per day are recommended for dogs.
Additional dog: +$12
Nights (after 5pm), weekends and holidays: +$8 for each walk, +$10 for overnights
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if the weather is bad?
We do our best to walk in all conditions. Rain, snow, ice, mud -- we’ll give your pup the exercise they need and then clean them up when they get home. No muddy paw prints! Services may be delayed due to snowstorm, lightning or heavy rain. Safety first!
When will my pup be walked?
You will work out the preferred time with your walker. All services are guaranteed within a two hour window.
When are you closed?
Paws ‘n Walks will be closed for regular services on the following days. On these dates, we only provide limited pet sitting services, based on availability.

Will you work with all pets?
We try to accommodate all dogs and cats (house visits). However, if a pet is not up-to-date on vaccinations and immunizations or is unlicensed we can not begin service until these things are done. If a pet has a history of aggressive behavior we may deny service.
How do I get started?
Great! We can’t wait to hear from you. Once you decide you are ready to setup a free Meet & Greet to discuss services, please fill out the contact form. We will contact you to schedule your Meet & Greet. At the Meet & Greet, you will meet your walker and discuss your pet care needs. You will be asked to provide important safety information about your pet including vaccination history to ensure the safety of your pet, the walker, and your property.

About
I grew up with dogs and cats that were beloved members of the family greeting us with love (and lots of energy) every time we came home and bringing us a bit of joy and comfort during difficult times. Through college and graduate school there was no time or space for me to have my own pets, however I was lucky to build relationships with people who had pets in their families and who trusted me to care for their much-loved pets while they were away.
I started dog sitting more than ten years ago when I was living in the Burlington, VT area. When I moved to Massachusetts for graduate school in 2008, I was lucky to have roommates with dogs and cats that became a part of my life, too. Although we have spread out around the Boston area now, these dogs still travel to my new home on a regular basis when their owners are away.
Every pup that I visit in their home or that comes to our home has become like an extended member of my family and I’m always sad to say good-bye at the end of a visit or just the end of a walk. After 13 years as a public and school librarian, I am now spending my days in the company of happy pups.
